Favorite Files
Quickly access your most important sheets by marking them as favorites. No more scrolling through long file lists to find the sheet you use every day.
Add to Favorites
Click the star icon next to any file name in the listing to mark it as a favorite. Click it again to remove.
Quick Access
Favorites appear pinned at the top of the file listing and in the sidebar for instant navigation.
No Limits
Mark as many sheets as you like - there's no cap on the number of favorites you can have.
How to Favorite a File
- Open the file listing from the Home or My Files panel.
- Hover over any file to reveal the star icon next to its name.
- Click the star - it turns solid amber to confirm the file is favorited.
- Find it anytime under the Favorites section in the sidebar.
Tip
- Favoriting a file doesn't move or copy it - it just adds a shortcut for faster access.
- Favorites are personal to your account and won't affect what other users on a shared file see.
- Unfavoriting a file never deletes it - your data stays untouched either way.
